Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how The Purple Ohm(ACN 698 440 943) (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information when you use Fieldmark(the “Service”). We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

2. How we use your information

3. Where your data is stored

Workspace data is stored in a Postgres database hosted by Supabase, and the application is served via Vercel. These providers may store and process data on infrastructure located outside Australia. Access to your workspace data is restricted at the database level using row-level security so that each workspace can only access its own data.

4. Service providers and disclosure

We share information only with providers that help us operate the Service, and only as needed:

We do not sell your personal information. We do not display advertising, and we do not use your workspace content to train our own models. We may disclose information where required by law.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete content, or close your workspace or account, we delete or de-identify the associated personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it (for example, billing records for tax purposes).

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including encrypted connections, row-level data isolation between workspaces, and restricted access to credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, and you may ask us to delete it, subject to legal limits. To make a request, or to raise a privacy concern, contact us at the email below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

9. Children

Fieldmark is intended for use by professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “last updated” date above and, where changes are material, take reasonable steps to notify you.
